So just doing one set of each exercise will build muscle as long as you do it as many times as you can? I am making sure because I hate to waste the effort for nothing.

Also how good/fast will you build by just doing one set of each exercise?

you could do 2 different muscles a day instead of one but they should be non corrisponing areas like biceps and calves one day....chest and quads another....abs and tricceps another....

i also do 3 sets or 7-8 reps with a wieght that i max out at 8...and do 3 different exercises of the muscle and repeat the 3 sets and 8 reps for that muscle...i do this once a week per muscle....also i recommend resting every other day and definatlly get some extra protien in your diet on workout days such as protien bars or meat with lots of water

Well I do all the muscles I am wanting to try and build each day. Could I do just one set of each that I am going to do(6 or 7 different exercises)as long as I make sure I lift as many times as I can on each exercise? Also do it every other day?

Or would I be better off doing at least 2 sets of each exercise and waiting a min or 2 between sets?
