I was downstair one time working on letting one fly when I made a terrible miscalculation. I went tearing up the stairs past my wife:

"Hey Hone..."
"FSCK OFF!!!11teh"

I biked to and from north campus during may-mester in south Ga. It was over 100 degrees out and the ride is over 4 miles. I was acting cool and taking it in the grass jumping tree roots and stuff. I decided to rip a huge one as I went over a tree stump about 50 yards into the ride. I half crapped my pants and the bathrooms on campus were closed for the summer for construction. I quickly loosened my pants while I got back on the sidewalk and biked my a$s off for almost 4 miles with a turtle head poking out. I have never been so glad to take a dump in my entire life...

EDIT: Try to stop mid dump one time, it's the most uncomfortable feeling ever. Like sitting on an upside down stool naked...

Well, if you haven't bought dish detergent yet, save yourself another lesson - get dishwasher detergent WITH enzymes. A handful of products have enzymes and they clean much, much better. Yet people get stuck in a rut and won't switch to the far superior product.

My live lesson learned the hard way: if your wife/girlfriend wants to go on a break, it's over for good. Don't try to make anything out of that failed relationship even if you don't yet see any of the failure.

QFT

The moment one person gets it out in the open that they want a break, it's OVER. Permanent damage done, MOVE ON.

Much easier said than done, but total relationship demise is inevitable at that point, even if it doesn't manifest for years thereafer.

Well, I just attempted my first "automatic" dishwashing ...um...wash. Unfortunately, I was unaware that there were certain soaps to use by hand and others to use in a machine. After throwing a generous portion of Palmolive in the machine and setting it to go, I went off to eat. Upon returning I found HUGE mounds of soap suds all over the kitchen floor. Boo. Anyone else have examples of "Life's Lessons...learned the hard way?"

Classic. ROFL!

Actually, I just noticed you learned two life lessons:
1) Hand soap isn't dish detergent.
2) Never let a machine like that run when you are away. That is true for just about anything with large quantities of water, moving parts, and/or high electricity/gas usage.

After ingesting large amounts of Buddyweiser and left-handed cigarettes, I did this twice in the same day. I'm definately a slow learner!
