I'm about to buy me a leather man purse for $200. Too cheap to buy now, and trying to figure out if I can live with the lack of a buckle on the opening flap thing.

when you kill Nazis and stop the Third Reich from taking over the world, you can call your purse a satchel too. It's not a purse it's a satchel. Indiana Jones has one
GD it is you, Mike. I would say look me up in SC but.....nah.I would shove things up my ass.
If I get a girl........
:hmm:
It's not a purse it's a satchel. Indiana Jones has one
Lacking pockets would lead to a moneyless society because it would be too inconvenient to carry currency.
We would also invent transporters to make moving things around more feasible, and all gadgets would be uber multipurpose devices so you only have to carry one.

No lie, that looks almost exactly like the purse my sister bought in Italy.
Your sister clearly has fine taste. She hot?
I already carry an indiana jones purse to work. It holds my lunch, gloves, hat, neck warmer, glasses case, umbrella, and things I intend to keep at work. Fitting a giant costco size bag of chips in my man purse is a lot easier than trying to smash it so it fits in a briefcase.
my bag looks like this but with a different logo; free corporate swag

The people who pay full price for these must have some kind of illness. Best Buy wants $80 for it. You can get them at second hand stores for $5.
We'd probably end up inventing pockets, so this is really isn't a matter worth speculating over.
They are to be un-inventable.
Maybe in a world populated only by women, but on a world populated by some semblance of men, pockets would be a natural invention and couldn't be prevented from occurring.
