I'm going to make some cookies tonight, should I nuke the butter or let it melt naturally?

just use margarine...its already soft 🙂

mix it in soft, you're not supposed to melt butter for cookies

I left them out for 15 mins, put in sugars and eggs & vanilla, then went to the store and got baking soda, when I came back it was nice and melted. They turned out great! 😀
