Hi...Im may be purchasing a condo in an area in Houston but I want to know the purchase prices of the most recent sales for the condo address for the last 3 months and the last 6 months. I know that realtors may have this info so thats why I am hoping someone out there can help me out so that I can bargain when purchasing.
