License plate of the day

I used to see this car around here from time to time. It was a yellow RX-7 (early 90s model) with red flames on the front end. His license plate frame said Hung like Einstein on the top and Smart as a Horse on the bottom...he had a custom plate too but I can't for the life of me remember what it was.
