Moonie . It was the Clinton adminastration that put inplace the housing bubble not bush . Bush just had the misfortune of winning in 04. Had he lost the dems would have been inplace when what Clinton put in place Burst. I know alot of people that borrowed money on an allready paid for house at overvalued pricies .
