not valid because too many people contribute to the public fund pool. It is government money, and don't forget that taxs aren't just paid by ppl iwth children.. too many other sources. anyhow, its government money, vouches are basically a loophole to funnel funding into religious schools. we don't pay taxes to fund a voucher system, we pay taxes to fund public schools for the public good.
