Lian Li PC60 Hard Drive Mounting?

I just received a new PC60 case and the H/D mounting bay now requires them to be installed in a vertical rather than a horizontal position. Will this affect the H/D in any manner? According to Maxtor/Quantum they can be mounted in any orientation, however the normal install is with the PCB facing down. I will be using (2) 40GB Fireball AS+ drives in Raid 0 mode.

As long as it's secure then it should not be a problem.
