Lian-Li PC 65B - Comes with fans?

Yes, it does. Four, total; one in front, one rear (under the PS) and one on the top, behind the CD Rom bays.

They aren't really quiet...kinda mid speed. The front fans have a two-position speed selector switch which helps with the noise. Built in "fanbus" if you will. 🙂

heheh...your math doesn't quite add up. 😉 😛

mine came with adda fans rated at 28db i believe.
 
There are 2-80mm fans in the front that blow over the HDD drive cage, 1 in the back for exhaust, and one on top as a blowhole. 🙂 It's a classic case. I really like mine.
