Yes, it does. Four, total; one in front, one rear (under the PS) and one on the top, behind the CD Rom bays.

They aren't really quiet...kinda mid speed. The front fans have a two-position speed selector switch which helps with the noise. Built in "fanbus" if you will.

Nice case....I have it.

heheh...your math doesn't quite add up.

mine came with adda fans rated at 28db i believe.

There are 2-80mm fans in the front that blow over the HDD drive cage, 1 in the back for exhaust, and one on top as a blowhole. It's a classic case. I really like mine.
