Lian-Li 2 slot PCI cooler: which direction

Hi,

To keep my sytem temps down (especially GPU and adaptec reaid controller) I would install an Lian Li dual slot cooler in my v2110 full case.

Since my case has 2 intake fans but only one outtake i would install the dual slot cooler at the bottom of my case and let it exhaust hot air from inside to outside the case. Only thing is that my geforce gtx is sucking air too so would a dual slot cooler that's only 3 pci slots more below decrease the air intake of the geforce?
