LGA775 Micro-ATX boards?

No and probably. I don't think there will be any future AMD chipsets for Intel platforms. Indeed Newegg no longer lists even the old ones.

Just hope that the 8200 Intel variant does dual channel, as the current 7000 series does not.
 
Not until G45 shows in decent numbers and prove itself to be a worthy contender, is my guess.
