Question LG OLED65B6P - Panel will not turn on - power light flashes three times

Has anyone experienced this? LG service guy told me yesterday that the whole panel needs to be replaced. Wondering if anyone else has been able to fix. Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue with the 65B7 model, I replaced all 3 boards( main board, power supply and t-con ) still a no go. Seems like LG makes crappy displays
