Friend just got a Lotus and was trying to figure out how to load stuff to her computer, but whenever we try and load something onto the computer, the computer keeps losing connection and is constantly searching for new hardware. When we try to transfer files it says the phone is either disconnected or the connection broken during transfer...

Is there something wrong with the phone or we just doing this wrong? We could use a sd memory card but yeah we would like to know if theres an easier way.
