hi i have done a software update on my phone through lg support tool after that my screen keeps flashing with lg logo need help asap

After you do an update, you're supposed to let it sit there, even with all the rebooting for a minimum of 30 minutes. If it does nothing, then try to use ADB and reflash it to its stock rom. You probably flashed the wrong thing.

thank you so much for replying when i started the lg mobile support tool it said new software upgrade is available then it downloaded 400 mb then after that it said upgrade completed successfully and from then mobile kept flashing with lg logo i left it for 4 hours but no help could you please tell me what is this adb and how do i reflash it sorry i am noob at it but i reflashed it with this same lg tool but same result reply asap thanks

If you used a legitimate tool from LG & it messed up your phone, I would contact LG.
