Probably, that's why I didn't jump on that deal. According to all experts in the market there is a BIG glut of TVs at the moment and the prices are going to continue to drop through the holidays. I think 42" for $399 might be very near.

Got it, installed it, my mom loves it, and FFS it actually looks better than my TV. Ehh mom deserves it she's old.

I got mine yesterday and I must say, it is pretty awesome. Now, I'm not able to compare it to better tvs, but for me, it's great. The only complaint is that the screws provided for the stand were crappy. My manual screwdriver ate the top of one of them as I was putting it in. Fortunately, I was able to get it out and buy a new metric #4x20mm screw to replace it.
