LG 34UM95C-P factory calibration?

I just hooked up my new monitor and it says on LG's site, and other sites, that it's factory calibrated. When using the menu, and checking the color settings (like 6 color) they're all set to 50. When I go to Function-Calibration it's Off. If I select it, it says:

Cannot be used. Installation of the TRUE COLOR FINDER and proceeding Calibration will enable this menu.

I tried resetting to factory defaults and again, everything is at 50. I've Googled with no luck. Any ideas?
