LG 32LG30 or Toshiba 32CV510U?

I can get both of these right now for about $500 bucks. I am not sure which one I want to go with.

It's going to be for mostly pc use, and a bit of 360 and PS3 gaming on it. I wanted to go plasma but there is nothing in my price range (less then $650).

So has anyone used both of these tv's or either of them? Does anyone know any alternative that is better? thanks in advance.

I can get either one of these for free in a trade and I'd have to decide quick. I could take my time and research all of this but yeah, free is awesome .

Well they're both on cnet if you want to get their take on it. I didn't read the whole thing, but looks like based on the summary that the LG has more accurate color after calibration and the Toshiba has darker blacks.

AVSforum probably has a thread on each model that could give you a better idea of what their strengths and weaknesses are.

I will take a look at avsforum to see what I can find out. I could also add $250 and get a 42 inch Panasonic viera plasma thats 720p. I took a look at that but its only 1024x768 so for pc use, that its not too good. I could dual screen that plasma with my dell 2005fpw though, and just use the plasma for games and movies. What do you guys think about that?

I decided to spend some more and give the LG 32lg60 a try, I will let you guys know how it goes.
