It is the RETAIL version of the drive, it includes cables and software for playing Blu Ray (probably very basic functionality)
It is cheaper than any Blue ray drive on newegg and the next Combo drive is $70 and not up to the specs of this (only 8x BD ROM and 2MB Cache).
What it's funny is that what appears to be the OEM drive with identical specification (UH10LS20) runs for $85.
Seems like a good deal to me, ordered one for my first HTPC build.
