is it possible to network a lexmark z55 through windows me to get an apple g4 ibook to print off it?

I can't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to do it.

Set up a share on your ME PC that shares the Printer with the network then connect the apple to the shared printer (assuming your PC and fruit are networked together).
