Lexmark Z52 2400 x1200 DPI printer $69

Costco has the Lexmark Z52 for $69 NO MIR....I bought this last year for $99 with a $30 MIR and thought I was getting a steal...NO MIR, (although Costco is the MOST reputable MIR company) makes this HOT in my opinion,,,One thing I noticed is that they don't stay in stock long and usually if you hem and haw, it's gone by the time you come back! We've had 2 shipments here in VA so far!😀

if this prints like the Z51 but better this is super hot..the catridges alone cost about $60.....My 2yr old + Z51 is the best quality inkjet I have seen to date..also have HP930 and at work use HP1215..the Z51 has the sharpest black text and most rich color output I have seen from an inkjet....If I had not just bought new cartridges I would jump on this if I could

I just bought this printer from Staples for $104 and it is the BEST inkjet printer I've ever owned! The it prints so fast that at first I thought there was something wrong with it! The first time I printed a test page, there was a 3-4 second delay, and I started thinking "Hmmm...what's wrong?" Suddenly: ZZZZZIIIIPPPP!!!!!!! This thing sucked the paper and spit out a test page so fast that it shot the paper onto the floor! Seriously! It printed a test page in like 4 seconds. Lexmark claims like 15PPM and I believe them. Photo quality is about the best I've ever seen (handles weird size photo paper great!). I was able to find generic inks for $15 on Ebay, and they work fine (Lexmark's ink is very expensive). I can't recommend this printer enough!

Like Fritzo, and others........I bought this printer several months ago, and I can say without a doubt, it's the best printer I've ever used/seen. Yes, the ink is a bit expensive, but Fry's sells 2-packs for about $40 & tax. Color is a bit more.

Very hot deal!

Needed a printer for my cousin's system build and you just picked which one I'm getting. Incredible deal - thanks for the post!

I hate this printer. I've had it for about 18 mths and can't keep the cartridges clean and unclogged for good photos. I'm looking for an HP 900 series deal now. If you've had luck with it, more power to you but I'm through with lexmark.

Yes, I got this printer as an open item a few months ago for like 60 bucks, this is an awesome printer, fast and print quality is very good. The ink refill kits are pretty cheap and work well too.

I picked up two after work at Costco in Austin - one for a system build and one for my roommate. They still have about a dozen on the shelf and I was amazed they weren't already gone at this price. I'm sure they'll be snatched up on Friday. Unbelievable price for this great printer. Thanks again!

Hawk, what refill kit are you referring to? The only ones I've seen out have been water-based inks, and the Z52 takes solvent-borne ink (something to do with waterproofing). I'd be curious........I'm getting tired of plunking down an average of $22 a cartridge.

Defiant1 - Its dye vs pigmented ink. Check around a yahoo shopping, google, the fleayouknowwherebay. You can get kits or even go a step cheaper buy just bulk ink in bottles an use a syringe. It's very simple (intrustions are all over the web) a little messy so do it in a safe place and try to refill several empties at a time.

Does costco offer a trial pass, or a one day pass or something that would allow me to buy one of these without forking over $45 bucks for a membership? The costco here is about 60 miles away, but it just so happens I'm going to be going past it tomorrow... (Livonia MI)

Thanks...
