Looks like a good deal. I was interested in the 128MB compact flash, and found a deal equal to yours at crucial.

If you use a 15% off link thats available at coupon sites the price for 128MB compact flash cards is $45.89 (w/ free 2nd day shipping), which is pretty close to your deal if you include $5 ground shipping.

I have no idea which card is better. The lexar picture says 4x speed but i don't see crucial's speed. I used to have the same crucial card until it was stolen and it seemed to work good for my digital camera (but I have never used any other flash card so I have nothing to compare it to).

So this gives someone another option at least, and maybe someone can give some insight on which brand is better.

I recently purchased a Viking 128mb CF card from Amazon.com for $49.95. I chose it over the Lexar 4x card (which was the same price) because the Viking specs said it was 8x-15x. Lexar does sell a 12x 128mb card for about $74.99.
