Actually it's rather small. The cup is roughly the same size as USB connector, so judge for yourself.

I noticed the rebate information says, "Offer good between 11/25-12/04" and noticed the OP said its good till 12/18. Just to make sure, I called my local Office Max and they have confirmed the rebate online has NOT been updated yet. The rebate offer is good till 12/18 (for those who buy it in person, the rebate will print out on the receipt).

I have the 256 mb version of this. Its too big to fit into a lot of USB front ports and sometimes too big to squeeze into the back without removing some of the other plugs. Plus its pretty ugly. On the bright side I've had no technical problems with it. Still ... I'd recommend getting something else thats smaller or at least slimmer so it can fit into front usb ports. When I get a new usb key it won't be a jump drive.

Fairly random question: can a hacked XBox play movie files off of a USB memory drive? (To those that don't know, the front ports on an XBox are regular USB -- different plugs, but the same three active wires.)

I have one. It's USB 2.0 and fits on a keychain. I've had not problems getting it to fit anywhere. OfficeMax often sends out $10 off cards for spending $30, etc. So for many people it can be had for $39.98.

Normal size?? No way!! I looked at this last week 'cause I had a coupon to use up. Went to the store and asked to see one, the thing is WIIIIIDE!! There are so many options out there for the longer, slimmer ones. Recall the 1GB one Dell had the other week...

I mean I would have gotten it if it was a really sweet deal, but it wasn't for me at the time and didn't need it that badly.

I have the one gig here in front of me right now. It's not THAT wide. 1 and 3/16ths inches at it's widest by about 2.5 inches long.

I've never had a problem fitting it anywhere, and I've had it in a LOT of different PCs. Get a little dongle for it if it's a problem with your PC........the price was too good to pass up.
