I know this is not the greatest deal, but "no rebates."
I saw it on sale at Target.
Hopefully, the Sale is valid in your local Traget store as well.

CC has it for $9.99 AR, so some people are trying to PM CC to Target and send in the rebates, making it approximately FAR. There's a thread about it somewhere at FW.
