LetsTalk ok to order from with no rebates?

My mom is looking at getting a Moto Z9, its $110 in store, $100 at AT&T.com, and free after instant rebate at LetsTalk (all upgrade pricing).

Is letstalk ok as long as rebates aren't involved?

Yup, I've used them plenty of times, both w/ or w/o rebates and they've always come through.
