I can recall California's BAC limit to be .05% several years ago, but has it been raised to .08% recently? If so, when? I cannot verify this anywhere!

Do shows such as Laguna Hills: The Real OC, The OC, One Tree Hill, etc... promote teenage alcohol consumption? I certainly believe so!

it doesnt promote. its just the way things are already. i live in laguna niguel, 5 min away from laguna hills, and 10 min away from laguna beach. trust me, we drink enough as it is.
