I can recall California's BAC limit to be .05% several years ago, but has it been raised to .08% recently? If so, when? I cannot verify this anywhere!

Do shows such as Laguna Hills: The Real OC, The OC, One Tree Hill, etc... promote teenage alcohol consumption? I certainly believe so!

No they dont. I hate them all. and the people i know who watch are the "goody" people

Parents or relatives promote drinking.

lol, Bose does suck.

However, in a Bose store i was in, the Triport and Quiet Comfort 2 headphones did sound quite nice. Not sure if that was super-ified demo models or what, but they are way too expensive anyways.

Alcohol is good.
The laws against "underage" consumption suck, if you want alcohol, basically you're going to be able to get it, and nobody really cares, it's almost gotten to the same not-caring level as speeding, everybody does it and it's only bad if you get caught.
That said, i think we should have no/ very-increased speeding levels, and no age limit on drinking.

I agree with you that nobody seems to care, and also the speed limit. However, if we disregard age limit on alcohol consumption, I believe that more teenagers will become more irresponsible than they are already. Lets not forget that teenage alcohol consumption would probably mean more annoying house parties. They only have to wait until they are 21 to enjoy the privilege, and it is not going to kill them if they do not drink.
