Move the 1 cannibal and 1 guy first. Move the guy back. Move two cannibals. Move one cannibal back. Move two guys. Move a guy and a cannibal back. Move two guys. Move cannibal back. Then finish moving cannibals.

I finished all three in about 15-20 minutes. The second one took me like 12, the first one maybe 2, and the 3rd one maybe 3. I think it took me getting my brain warmed up.
