I'm finally gaining the freshman 15 in my senior year
But what can you do? McDonald's sucks ass (for nutrition) and then I read in here the other day about Subway subs that are supposedily healthy have more fat than a Big Mac.
I've been eating a lot of those "weight watchers" frozen dinners, whole wheat sandwiches, cereal, salad, fruit, etc. Trying to cut out soft drinks now. Just trying to find some meals that will leave me full but healthy.
Gotta work out when I get time.
