I'll say it again:

It isn't satellite with that ping. Speed means nothing, ping is the differentiator. You can't bounce a signal off a communication satellite, even a low earth orbit one without wasting a 1/3 of a second bouncing the signal. It's a physical restraint of satellites. PERIOD.
