LET'S GO YANKEES!!!

geee

let's see how many will jump on the band wagon this year.

Too bad I live so close to VA Tech and saw it all last year. Up until last you you were lucky to even see a car with a VA Tech flag going south on I81 on Saturday. Now you're lucky to pass 3 cars and NOT see one. Makes me sick. The worst part is they don't play anybody. That was proven last year in the Sugar Bowl when FSU whooped their ass.

Bandwagon? I've liked the yankees since '95 when I got into baseball during summer vacation when they had a TON of day games and I had nothing better to do but watch! 😀 However, there are doubtlessly thousands and millions of bandwagon fans.

I was a Yank fan since I've been to my first game ('89, I was 10 yr. old)

Baaaahahaha, you wanna talk about jumping on a bandwagon? How about the Giants and A's "fans".. (Red Dawn excluded).

Anyway, who's your team? The Braves? Oops, I mean the Buffalo Bills of the MLB, how many rings in how many tries???

[begin cut and paste from a previous post]

I'm not suprised at all that the CWS are down 0-2. Their fans are the typical "fair-weather fan", same with the Giants & A's... I've heard the Chicago news stations have already written them off, saying they're glad they got this far and no matter what the season is a success. Bah! Us Yanks fans expect nothing but excellence. I wonder how many of these Giants & A's "fans" were rooting for their team last season. Seems when the Bay Area teams aren't winning, MOST (not all of course) are finding other things to do instead of cheering for their team. Before I'm called a hypocrit, I was still with the Yanks during their dark years ('89-'93), they're in last place? Who cares, it's the Yanks! By the way, the Cubs are much better, Cubs to win it all in 2874!

Here's some links to clarify my above post:

Baaaaahahahahah the Cubs beat the Sox by over 10,000 a game!! This is for a last place team as compared to the "YEAH WE GOT THE BEST RECORD IN THE AL" Sox.

SF Giants... Hmm, I wonder why attendance was up 60%? Was it because you were winning games? Some loyal fans those are.

A's ... see above, though I have to admit, 21,000 a game ain't nothin to be proud of.

Actually I'd say the Orioles or Indians have the most loyal fans. Especially the Orioles. I guess when a gillion people live in the area you go to a ballgame to boo...LOL
