Lets get real. Does anyone really think Cruz is the guy? Seriously? Cruz?

I'm sorry, my initial statement was not directed at you, but at PokerGuy when he stated "...but the prospect of a true fundie religious nut in the oval office is something that should frighten everyone"

Eh no worries, can be hard to tell on here sometimes.

I've been thinking about that as well, but when it comes down to it I'd think that most would vote for Trump when faced with the alternative of Hitlery

The mere fact that you refer to her as "Hitlery" tells me that I shouldn't bother citing pretty much every opinion poll that proves you are mistaken. Keep the faith though.

Cruz screams crazy.

And he's immortal too...

I don't expect most Americans to even understand net neutrality with the confusion and misleading propaganda the telecoms have put out, but they at least need to know that Cruz is just a corporate mouth piece for these assholes. If not that, then they need to remember Ted spearheaded an effort to shut down the government over gutting Obamacare he knew could not have succeeded with a Dem in the White House. And for what? The GoP got nothing out of it.

If it were up to Ted, Christianity would be the definitive state religion with the Bible being the go to book for writing policy. That is, when we're talking social issue situations and not economic policy. The latter is already spoken for, by the special interests.

I'm guessing that a significant part of the Cruz vote is the "anyone but Trump" vote. A significant part of the Rubio vote is the "anyone but Trump" vote. I don't think Trump is getting an "anyone but Cruz" or "anyone but Rubio" vote.

Tough to say. It was only a month ago the GOP luminaries warmed up to the idea of The Duck's presidency at the horror of Cruz presidency. The anti-Cruz voice hit the peak around the Iowa caucus with ethanol subsidy on people's cross hairs.

The hysteria seems to take turns and there is not enough data to prove either way that there are "anyone but ____" votes and how many.
