This is a mindset. This is how Donald thinks. And it is funny, but it is also troubling.

If you guys want to get a taste of alternate reality among Trump supporters (and have the intestinal fortitude), head over to Yellow Bullet and check out their debate thread in their Trash or be Trashed section. No link, not me... you're on your own!

Be prepared, that place is an angry white guy zoo but if you're looking to see what the knuckle-dragging, racist, misogynistic conservative cave men are doing, it's a laugh.
no fucking way, I'll take your word for it.

Worthless degrees from certain public universities (e.g. a Master's in Womyn's Studies at an expensive, mediocre college). Otherwise, there's no reason most college degrees can't be paid back.

Worthless is what you make of it. Plenty of social jobs and hell, fortune 500 jobs in HR and other departments that you can get with all sorts of degrees in "that class." It really just depends on the individual.

In the same light, anyone going to school for some sort of "business degree" is fucking wasting their time and money by not making money during those years. The curriculum in those programs is no less asinine and candyland than those evil social/"liberal" degrees.

I agree that there is a cost/benefit fuckup if you are paying Harvard tuition (haha--no one pays Harvard undergrad tuition--they have a $50 billion+ endowment! 😛) for Women's study, then you aren't seeking real value that you could have gotten for that degree at, I dunno, Clemson. ("Beer, Football and Boobies." I shit you not, the US News and world report review of colleges quote from a CU alumni of the 3 reasons to go to Clemson, C 1997 😀), but I don't like the idea of accepting a homogenous society of minds and culture that knows only how to do maths and build air conditioning circuits, interact with no one, and just make money and fap to their japanese pillow girl.

Basically: A country full of binary-thinking ATers is the last place that any of us should want to live. 😉

Stop and ask yourself, people. Do you really want to vote for someone who says he won't accept the results of the election? He's basically taking a piss on the Constitution right in front of the entire country.
Right wing authoritarians couldn't give a shit about the Constitution.

They are always in search of an authority figure that will solve all their problems for them, if only they do whatever that leader says.

Strongman Trump fits that authority figure perfectly. He has all the best plans, and he alone can solve their problems.

Also: Benghazi.

First debate I've watched and pretty impressed by Hillary. Hit Trump hard regarding his taxes and undocumented workers contributing more than him. Same for the paranoia around rigged elections.

The guy is a fucking idiot on foreign policy. It's mind-boggling. Mosul is about keeping Putin out of the ME. He's just dropping Iran to stir up the right.

I don't disagree with any of that specifically, but ultimately it's soft, non-technical degrees that provide the worst employment opportunities, and I don't see how subsidizing those is a net positive for the country. It will just make it easier for low-motivation people that shouldn't be in college to begin with to blow public money and still come out of it with nothing to show with it.
