The Challenge:

"Want to try one out? Then submit your E-mail and a valid US (sorry, US only) address. (All will be deleted) And we will send you the Zalman package to test on your system. You MUST write a one page summary (notepad please) and include a .jpg of the unit installed in your box. Bench it as you see fit and compare it to your present H/S fan. You will receive the Aluminum heatsink (the others are in permanent installs), with the supplied fan, clip, paste. Like the photo above. This unit is yours to keep. We want to see your results that will be posted in a follow-up review."

Well it says "with the supplied fan" so I'd assume that's a yes
