It does that after some of the major Windows 10 updates.
There's no way to avoid it (even if you wipe the drive, and do a clean install).
I got that one one of my machines, like a few weeks after 2004 was installed.
What irked me more than just seeing that screen, was the besides the "Accept" button, the other button didn't say "don't ask me again", it said "remind me again in a few weeks".
So it looks like it will be a recurring nightmare for some people (me?). Shame MS is push that that hard.
That's a good idea, I didn't think about that.At that point you can ctrl-alt-delete and end the task through task manager.
