It would appear that every single jurisdiction where gay marriage is legal, is also majority Christian. But why sweat such a minor detail when you could ignore the places where being gay can lead to a death sentence. Much easier to give a hard time to the U.S. where you can safely act outraged versus taking on the authorities in Muslim countries where they'd behead you for advocating this.
