Also holy shit this game is turrible. Wow.

I was saying earlier this week - we're slump breakers. Though it's questionable whether the way the Giants are playing constitutes getting out of a slump.

1) Freeman is getting receivers killed.

2) If they want to make this game exciting they should cut to Chucky and Tirico playing paper football and commenting on that instead.

lol Gruden:

They've got Freeman here, they've got Ponder, they've got Cassel, they've got Webb here; they've got all 4 of their quarterbacks that they've used in the last seven games, here. I'm confused.

Giants have got to feel great after winning a game..right?

right?

:hmm:

lol--Josh Freeman: worst completion percentage (35%) since...Eli Manning in 2007. 😀

Man, I think this was the night for the Jaguars to get a win, facing either one of these teams. so sad.

Yep, this win should bump the Giants up in the NFL Power Rankings. To 31st of 32. Heck, the Raiders are probably looking at the Giants game as an easy win a couple weeks from now.

I think Seattle v Rams next week is actually going to set the record point spread.

Gonna be far worse than Denver and Jacksonville...and no one is talking about it yet.

think about it--Bradford is done. St Louis has not denied rumors that they are talking to Tebow. They have no fucking offense against the top defense in the league. they have no defense, against a team that will score points on any drive.

this will be ugly

If it was in Seattle, I'd agree...since in St Louis it may not be toooo bad...Seahawks should still handle them easily though- just don't think the Vegas point spread will be too crazy

OK--I shouldn't say "spread"...bear in mind that I don't gamble so I just make up shit as I go. 😉

What I am trying to say: the actual point differential in the real game after the end of the 4th quarter is certainly going to eclipse what Vegas thought would happen with Denver vs Jax....let alone what actually happened in that game--in real life.

But I didn't consider Seattle in the dome, on the road. added to that...the Cards in the World Series. You can imagine some rowdy fans that didn't get into the big game, worked up over whatever is going to happen this upcoming week, showing up and creating some kind of unique atmosphere. :\

Giants should just ride Hillis to the playoffs. Seems like they use him more than the Vikings use AP.

The Broncos are 6-0 and lose a game and fans are burying the team.
Giants are 0-6 and win a game and the fans are hoping to make the playoffs.

I love football.

That was damn close to a can the coach when he gets off the plane situation. 0 points on offense and the league MVP may as well have stayed home. And you made the giants look like they were a team about to enter the playoffs vice one with an ofer in front of their game totals.

There has to be some sort of conspiracy within the Vikings organization. Like the owner had a beef with Frazier and was holding his family hostage and forced him to showcase Josh Freeman all night.

That was a joke. You thought I was serious when writing 'ride Hillis to the playoffs'? Come on man!

I haven't seen many Vikings games this year but I was really surprised they kept him in the whole time. Was Cassle really that much worse? He at least seemed to have the ability to throw somewhat accurately to a receiver and get the occasional TD

Had Ponder or Cassel started the game I have no doubt the Vikings would have had a chance to win it.

I don't know how to explain it. Adrian Peterson was getting wide open on checkdowns in the 2nd half of the game but Freeman kept throwing terrible passes down the field, it was just a mind boggling offensive game plan. The game should have been much worse for the Vikings but the Giants receivers were constantly dropping passes and slipping.
