Unnecessary roughness? Holding? Not that I am promoting either. Just poking some fun at the QB double standard.

I don't think they could get him for Unnecessary roughness unless he really threw him to the ground or something. Maybe holding, but that is not likely. Holliday should have not been anywhere near that ball once he decided he wasn't going to catch it.

I'd like to see a rematch in the playoffs. I think if this game is in Denver then the Broncos will likely win. But let's be honest, this team is like so many past Manning teams. Great offense but average at best defense. Unless they can figure out what's wrong I don't see the Broncos winning a Super Bowl this year.

Broncos are in big trouble. They've been exposed the last few weeks and if they don't resolve those defensive issues, they won't last in the playoffs.

Luck >>>>>> RG III. Call me when Luck's rush attempts are in the same league as Vick, RGIII, etc.

haha! I was looking for you with that post.

speaking of: Luck just blamed himself for Wayne's injury, which was nice. That throw was way low and I never understood Collinsworth saying that should have been a TD, and interpreting Luck's frustration as a lost TD and not being angry with the shit ball that he threw.

It was a bad throw but he was getting hit as he released it. No way that was a TD even if Wayne hauled it in though.

Not the worst thing for the Broncos. Teams start to play different when they get the scent of 16-0 and meaningless games become important and you don't rest your players because you don't want to blow an undefeated season.

One thing I don't like about the Colts' offense this year is that they seem to force the run at times. Sometimes they just need to let Luck take over and air it out.

Yeah

I remember one of those America's Team specials about the Broncos 2nd super bowl season. They didn't lose until week 15 but Terrell Davis said it was such a relief to not have that looming pressure of staying perfect. 13-0 feels a lot different than 6-0, but I'm sure it's still valid.

I missed it, why didn't Decker catching that ball, then having enough control to extend it past the endzone plane not count as a TD?

He landed out of bounds without establishing control of the ball. At least, I think that was the problem. He made the catch and extended, but never maintained control. The pylon can cause a fumble, so they should be happy it wasn't ruled a safety. I think it was last season that happened to the Bengals.

In 2007 the Pats were 14-0 and clinched home field. They took out their starters with a big lead in the 3rd quarter. The other team gets a couple of td's and the starters are back on the field.

All hillman has done all year Is fumble. Thats the coaches fault for expecting anything else

That was his first fumble this year.

You're probably thinking about Ball, who fumbled on two consecutive weeks, and after that barely get a snap anymore (none today).

Jesus, the offense is just completely shut down. They can't do a damn thing. How could this same Colts team look like they did last week and then do this?

The Chargers had a perfect game plan and executed it very well. They owned time of pposession and wore out the Colts D. The Colts also made many careless mental mistakes.

I've seen the same thing. Just imagine taking a test with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
