Let me know what you think...

I'm on a slow modem tomorrow, but tomorrow I shall be getting my ADSL - I'll try and remember to download the file then and give it a listen 🙂 Any particular one you'd recommend?

Opinion:
Interesting music. Isn't Safety Dance a cover of the old 80's song by Men With Hats? Its an interesting rendition.
Good voice, the musical style is a tad dated though, thats just my opinion though.

I have been in several bands so I will be glad to give you my opinion.

As for the sound being dated, SO! It's not Orgy or Sugar Ray or Limp Bizkit,, but you know what,, those bands SUCK!

First of all you have guts for posting these in such an open forum so that says to me you have alot of confidence in this music! And deservidly so. The writing, which is one of the most important parts in music( hence pop artisits hiring pros to write their songs ), is poretty good. Catchy hooks throughout... The harmonies are great! Personally the safety song is the weakest one of all,, but it is pretty interesting.

Chef0083,

Thank you for your opinion. I wish I had some of the other tunes that we wrote available. We never made it back into the studio and our engineer went on to do production work and engineering for some pretty big artists. Now if I could only get that DAT from him....

AH the joys of a t1 at the office...

Checked out all the tunes...

Safty Dance.. uh... thats your weakest..

Youve got great harmonies (coming from a guy who used to sing barbershop take that as a compliment ;> )

Your playing is right on as well...really clean sound

I agree about your writing..good hooks...

Great mixing btw...

I think Wasted Time is really your top out of all those.. but I liked Peru and Caught in the middle as well. (reminded me of Winger/Trixter/white lion)

Your slow song reminded me of Nelson and prolly could get on lite stations very easy.....

Anybody,

Thanks for your opinion. Still collecting...anyone else?

Oh, the other songs have been added to complete the list.

More of the same catchy hooks...🙂 You ever hear of a Band Called the Marvelous 3? They are from here in atlanta,, I think you'd really like them...keep it up😀

Funny you say that. I happen to be a big fan of M3. When Hey Album came out I was shocked to hear a few of the same melodies in our stuff. The songs I posted were recorded in 1994/1995. Kinda weird? Thanks again!

M3 actually played in NY last night, had to miss them, they do put on one hell of a show!

Sorry about that, Cat. This was one of the improbable cases where I meant what I said. And thank you, I loved the song.

PS That also was true. 😀

I likee. Can't give much more of an opinion then that. Not a musician, so I either like or don't like 🙂

Very nice sounding! I only listed to Wasted Time and it's very good! I like the vocals a lot, and the guitar is nice too 🙂

Being a teenager, and not liking much music, Wasted time is one song that I really like. It's a good, upbeat tune, with great guitar and vocals.
