Stats only tell half the story OP.
Look at his team record previous to last nights game only 1 loss which happened to be to NE. He makes good calls, makes big plays and in the end delivers when its really needed. You remember that 4th and 2 play he pulled off last night? They didn't win sure but he got the first and put the ball where it needed to be.
Teams are preparing for him more this year and they have all those TD passes from last year to look at for review. The guy has had great seasons one right after the other and while not spectacular this year hes getting it done. You don't call a player overrated just because hes had HALF of a down year while keeping his team undefeated for most of that half. Seriously.
I don't like Dungy, Peyton or the Colts but you have to respect such an elite QB. You want to place all his value on stats alone lets take a look at which QB makes the most money. I'll give you a hint. . . its not him. And if stats were the only thing that counts in football then how does Norv Turner still have a job? It's not about some paper number its about what you do to win games which he has done.
