nope sorry. Legally, you can only get it from MSDN, or thru maybe newegg - I think it costs like $140.

What video card, tv tuner, and mpeg2 encoder do you plan on using? These are the only items you really need to be concerned about, compatibility-wise.

Not that I think this is the actual intention of your post...:roll:

I thought you had to buy a "media pc" to get MCE 2005? Are these legal copies that you can upgrade later? Does anyone know if MCE works with an nforce4 motherboard? I am going to build my own machine in that case.

Thanks, but that won't help. I was trying to get on the dev network so I could try to get a trial version from Microsoft. I don't need any warez, thanks though.
