Asus, eat your heart out.

Ok, Asus has the advantages of price and actually being for sale soon, but if anyone can make a real work device from this tablet/laptop hybrid form, it's Lenovo...

The more they make, the cheaper a decent one will be on Black Friday.

Where is Dell's worth-a-damn 10 inch tablet?

They seem to be working hard on the 5 and 7 inch models right now. In fact a leaked roadmap showed they have no immediate intentions of any 10 inch models.

Dell already has the Inspiron Duo which is a 10" convertible tablet/netbook. Or is that not considered "worth-a-damn" because it runs Windows?

Pretty much. Windows 7 on an Atom-based portable just isn't very fun to work with, at all. Plus, it's too bulky and heavy, and then there's the awful battery life. Maybe if it were the size of the Transformer, and they could squeeze out 6+ hours on a charge, it would be more appealing.

We're pretty much just talking mobiles OS's here, cuz they are the new thing.
If a tablet it gonna run a full OS like Windows it needs to be super powerful. Right now such devices are just coming out so there isnt a whole lot to talk about.

It is not "worth-a-damn" because it does not offer a single thing (from CPU power, to weight, to convenience, to battery life) that my ancient Toshiba Windows XP Tablet didn't offer me eons ago. The only difference is price. I actually prefer my Toshiba because I like how it flips the screen much better.

Seems like Dell is content in selling its streak, a 7 inch tablet that has a worse resolution then everyone's favorite color eBook.

I used to be a big fan, but modern Dell epitomizes the saying "too little, too late."

Dell's 10" 1280x800 HC tablet ("Streak Pro") is suppose to ship in June. It doesn't seem too different except for the Tegra T25, which should offer a decent bump in performance.
