Thanks OP for updating. Grabbed one this time for $34.96 delivered.

FYI: Paypal checout doesn't seem to work, but the "Lenovo checkout" has a Paypal option anyhow.

I have one and think its worth the price. I have a Logitech Harmony remote I use with XBMC but when I need to do something on the desktop it comes in handy and works fine for that. Its don't need it much for in the dark because I have the remote but its definitely better than having to pull out a full keyboard.

One thing I didnt realize before I bought it is that it does not have all the keys on a standard keyboard.

It has none of the F keys long the top, the shift keys are quite small but I still like it for general usage. I don't play games on my HTPC so I personally have no need for anything better.

Oh and FYI, the receiver is underneath the battery plate. I thought mine was missing at first.

I have a Trust wireless Media Center keyboard, and it's been awesome on my HTPC.

The downside is that I'm not sure where you can get them any more... kind of like the much revered Microsoft Trackball Optical, it seems that the product is no longer manufactured.

/Really, really hate it when companies stop making great products

I was thinking of getting this but I really wanted something Bluetooth so I think I might be going with Logitech Cordless MediaBoard Pro.

I have had one of these for 6 months or so. It had the dimensions we were looking for and was priced right, think we got it for $30 at the time. I really like it honestly for the price. It's range is limited, only really reliable to maybe 15ft or so from the htpc, but works perfect from my couch. The trackball is accurate and the mouse buttons responsive if not a little awkward. The keyboard is somewhat limited, but I was expecting some limitations based on the size. My other option was the Logitech at 3x the price, I am pleased enough with the Lenovo though.

Dealmac says code USPCAG16336 reduces price to $30 shipped, plus tax.

edit: how good are Windows 7 (64-bit) drivers?

🙂

If you'd rather have a touchpad (and a backlight) there's also these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130382567718&ssPageName=STRK:MEBOFFX:IT
The seller I think will only take $1 off if you do the best offer thing...

Review on it: http://journal.drfaulken.com/ipazzp...uter-remote-control-first-impressions-review/

i have the usb version on this. the backlight is very, almost too bright. the buttons arent the greatest tactile feel, but they work fine. once you learn the combo keys of this device, its really nice overall. the trackpad isnt quite as good as an adesso or something, but its not bad either.

i just wish they were cheaper. they arent built anything special thats for sure. i dont think the wireless version should sell for more then $30 tbh.

ps- one BIG plus to those things are the li-ion battery inside. its just a cellphone battery, it would be really easy to replace if you need to. theres also enough room to almost add another battery, you could probably fit something in there to make it last a year on a charge.
