This is supposed to come out this Tuesday (the 3rd), but the console versions are more ($20 more!) than the PC version.
Pricing breakdown from Walmart.com. (Add 17 cents for Amazon.com pricing!)
Circuit City has a free T-shirt included for the 360/Wii/X360 versions, but the ad states a Wednesday release, and no mention of the PC version.
It is in stock at most Wal-Marts, Targets (at $27.99!) and Best Buys as of 6:30 this morning.
PC: $29.82
Wii: $49.82
X360: $49.82
PS3: $49.82
PSP: $39.82
PS2: $39.82
DS: $29.82

Glad I'm getting this for PC!

Also from Amazon.com - LEGO Batman preorders!
Release date is listed as October 1st, with similar pricing as LEGO Indiana Jones.

Yeah, I think I'm with you. I'll see if this thread goes anywhere though.

Well, I loved both of the LEGO Star Wars games, so I'm ready for another LEGO adventure with a different feel. I really enjoyed the demo (once I used a gamepad!) and it doesn't feel like the same game as the Star Wars ones with the addition of the whip and other moves.
Im just glad it's from the original movies, the REAL Indiana ones.

I know the feeling, my 8yr old and I are pretty much lego'd out right now. After many hrs of original trilogy and then complete saga, it has lost most of its charm. We used Indy in CS and I don't foresee anything happening game mechanics wise, that is so different we will feel compelled to play this title.

If others are excited though, more power to them. I am a little envious, since I've lost that lovin' feelin'.

EDIT: Just checked a few links, and the enhanced capabilities of the characters will definitely help. I couldn't find an answer to the question I have though. Which is: Will the Wii version let you use the controller to make the whip motion? I got me boy a Wii for his b-day. Using whip cracking gestures, added to the enhanced athleticism and environmental interaction, would sell me a copy.

From what I've read, including the IGN review, this game has more adventure gameplay than LEGO Star Wars (i.e. more puzzle solving). Also, apparently the combat is mostly hand-to-hand, as guns have limited ammo.

Which would make you ~9 years old now. It all makes sense now. :Q

I love the Lego games, and I'd probably buy this one if I weren't too busy to play games right now. Maybe if I get a good deal on it.

Unless you're in your teens - you weren't a child when SW legos existed. Period. Sure, you could make something of that style but it was not SW. Quit being stupid.

If you're spending lots of time at your GFs and playing video games while you're there... that's pathetic. :)

I'm probably going to end up getting the 360 version at CC so I can get the free Lego IJ T-shirt. Then I'll wear it around the mall trying to pick up MILFs.

Oh snap!

My kid would actually get a kick out of that shirt. Too bad I'm not buying the game this week. :p

I never played Lego Star Wars but my sisters son has it on his Xbox360. I actually was impressed with the graphics and game play. Was LSW ever made for the Wii, or only the GC so no Wii wimote control? Seems with the relatively few really good Wii titles, a Wii specific LSW would be a good addition.

The only consoles I have are PS2, GC, and Wii. Comments? Recommendations regarding any Lego SW or IJ titles? If the graphics are basically the same between the PS2, and Wii, I supposed the PS2 version costs less.
