OK, same reply as last time you trotted out the troll.

This is a hoax. If you the bible where this "missing text" supposedly is, there isn't any context for it. Just some gay professors, a gay website, and a gay poster trying to stir the pot with christians.

No, it's not a hoax. You dismissing the expertise of the noted religious authorities in question becase they are gay is as clear an example of homophobia as I have ever seen. Who is the gay poster you are refering to? (I am not 'gay' by the way).
I'm just using the same assumptions that the article used. I do search for "aidanjm" and "gay" and come up with a helluva lot of posts. Therefore you are gay. My research is foundationally as sound as the "researchers" in the article.

'Gay' isn't an empirically demonstrable category, it's a political label, one that doesn't fit me.

I'm not gay, not religious, and don't really care either way, but I highly doubt Jesus was gay. That passage seemed like a huge stretch to imply that Jesus nailed that kid. I would interpret that to mean that Jesus told him about God... cause that's what Jesus did in those days. I think most people without an agenda would agree with me as that is the most plausible interpretation.

Back in the day, men didn't wander around naked save their linen cloth. Nakendness was considered a terrible sin by the Hewbrews, something that could only ever be allowed to occur between man and wife. So yeah, the naked student spending the night with Jesus is a bit of a red flag.

hmm what about religion basher? does that fit?

Jesus being gay is about as radical as anything ever posted anywhere on the internet..of course you aren't going to get a serious discussion about it, its too radical, too far out.

But it certainly raises questions about your persona. Why bother starting such a flammable thread anyway? you know its going to catch fire.
