Unless you are making crazy amounts of money selling hacked Windows licenses not even the local police are going to care (and even if you explained it to them what you doing, they still would not get it).

Only people who run 100GB thru their dedicated connections are even put on suspect lists, and even then, a random person out of 2000 will be targeted for arrest.
