LEGAL QUESTION

Senior member
You own a company selling digital material (ebooks and such) and you have a reseller that seems that is going to act in good faith.

From day 1 he is scamming you and is actually redesigning the product and reselling it on his own website making profits from your materials.

Your company is not big enough to take the big legal action this requires, and being located in different countries makes it more difficult.

What options do you have?
