I'll preface this by saying that DOMS has been pretty much nonexistent for me at all, I had a little when I was doing IF but it was pretty moderate and only when lifting heavy. So I've made a few changes lately and I'm not entirely sure what is causing my issues but my lower back around my hip is sore/tender after just about every workout session. Nothing seems to bother it more than anything else. My hamstrings have also been very sore from changing my squat stance just a little but nothing too major, basically just a little wider stance and pointing my toes out a little more than before. But here I am 2 days after squats and moving around is still pretty uncomfortable, mostly getting up and sitting down. I've also got one hell of a sore Vastus Lateralis (I think) on my left leg too. I'm not sure what caused it or why it's all of a sudden sore out of the blue. I was also thinking the pain could be from correcting a slight anterior pelvic tilt, doing lots of hamstring stretching. one thing I noticed was couch stretching with my left leg down sometimes hurts my lower back too, feels like it's just getting stretched a little too much. I'm just sore and wanted to bitch I guess.
