Left Handed only input contoller needed, joystick etc

Does anyone know of anything that someone (me) who doesnt have use of their right hand very much, or at all, can use for FPS games and things like that, most seem to be geared towards both hands. I was looking for a joystick, but i've been reading that it is hard to use one in FPS games like unreal, quake, half life etc... But a joystick would be ok with me as long as it had all the functions, like strafeing and turning and looking up and down all at once! etc etc anyone know of any? I really do appreciate it.
